Our team is built on faith, family, and purpose. Rafael is a devoted father whose journey has shaped him into a grounded, faith-driven leader. Stephanie brings warmth and care as a loving mother who lifts everyone around her. Jennifer adds deep experience in child development, pouring her heart into helping young families. Jesse, transformed by God’s grace, a steady pillar for his family and community. Together, we stand committed to growth, service, and creating lasting impact.
ABOUT US
Our story begins with our founder, Rafael Ocampo, who at a young age felt called to create something meaningful. What started in the quiet corners of his home garage refinishing kitchen and interior cabinets grew into a thriving business built on excellence, integrity, and the desire to leave every home more beautiful than he found it. Through dedication and years of refining his craft, Rafael developed a signature painting process using specific products, ensuring every project truly left a lasting impression.
As the business expanded into a full paint shop, something greater began to unfold. Rafael naturally started inviting youth and young adults into the shop, teaching them the trade, building their confidence, and giving them a glimpse into the world of entrepreneurship. What began as simple help around the shop soon became a source of hope, purpose, and transformation for the young people he mentored.
